1. Who we are
EF Telco is a Telkom retail, field and call centre sales business, with its head office at Building 13, Ground Floor, 1 Woodmead Drive, Woodmead Estate, Sandton, Gauteng, 2096. For this website, EF Telco is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect:
- Your name and company
- Your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- The topic you choose and your message
We also record the date, the page you sent the form from and your IP address, to stop spam and abuse.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up you ask for
- To keep the website secure and block spam
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing you have not asked for.
6. Transfers outside South Africa
Microsoft and Google may process information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers bound by data protection laws or agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA, as section 72 requires.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. How we protect it
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are sent by authenticated, encrypted email, and access to our mailboxes is limited to staff who need it.
9. Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to us processing it
- Withdraw your consent to cookies at any time
